Thunder'Mag™ Bass Pickups

The unique tone of the Thunder'Mag is the result of offset T-Armond cylinder magnets which ensue a quick attack with exceptional pop and clarity followed by a voluptuous bottom-end.

Tone/Characteristics

The Thunder'Mag has been described as Rickenbacker-esque but more dynamic and less aggressive, for example - not harsh in the top-end EQ. Out of our three bass pickups, you will notice the most definition with your fingers/pick in the Thunder'Mag. Definitely a great choice if you want to cover a lot of genres, because it rounds out nicely with a tone control.
