Shipping Information:

TV Jones pickups and wiring harnesses are built to order, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship. We will contact you if your order will be delayed longer than 3 weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on the location being shipped to and the method of shipping. We can ship domestic and international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.

FedEx Domestic Service:

We offer Fedex Ground or Fedex Express for domestic shipping within the USA.

Fedex international orders:

We offer Fedex International Priority. For most areas it is a flat shipping charge of $22.00 for packages under 2 pounds. Please note that all local taxes, custom fees, duties and/or brokerage fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that Fedex charges a fee to clear customs while the package is in transit, however, the service is very quick. USPS is not able to track your package once the parcel leaves the United States.

International Orders:

Please note that International orders are subject to local import fees, duties, customs, VAT charges, and additional taxes in the country of destination. TV Jones is not responsible for, nor can give any specific information on import fees, duties, procedures, or taxes you must pay when your order arrives. We advise you to contract your local government import office for information regarding importing merchandise and all steps necessary to receive goods purchased from the USA.

Taxes:

Please note we only charge sales tax for purchases that ship within Washington state. If you are ordering from outside the USA please be aware that most countries charge VAT, local taxes, custom fees, duties and/or brokerage fees for importing goods into your country. All of these fees for orders shipping outside the USA are the responsibility of the recipient. TV Jones, Inc. has no control over what your these charges may be.
