TV Jones, Inc. is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest just outside the charming Norwegian town of Poulsbo, Washington. The company was founded in 1993, born from the musical passion of Thomas V. Jones. Tom began as a luthier making custom guitars in Southern California. His creativity caught the eye of Fred Gretsch, who later put Tom’s Spectra Sonic design into production.

Pickup manufacturing became the primary focus of TV Jones, Inc. when Tom’s TV Classic was chosen in a blind sound test by Brian Setzer for his new Hot Rod guitar line. That moment launched TV Jones, Inc. into a lively relationship with Fender and Gretsch Guitars.
